White House Clinics spent the past week celebrating both our staff and patients across all locations for National Health Center Week. And it has been a blast! We thought we’d share a few highlights.

The Chemistry of a Great Patient Experience

To kick off the week, staff from each clinic jotted down what they believe makes a great patient experience and we displayed it in each lobby. We know positive experiences are an important part of building relationships with your care team, so we are always brainstorming ways we can improve our services for patients.

Staff Appreciation Lunches

During a year of unprecedented chaos, our clinics’ staff continually displayed innovation and empathy. It was high time to celebrate together. We had some time to relax and enjoy a meal. Special thanks to Hailee Atkinson, Rei Sterling, Dr. Jarrod Reid, Lauren Blair, Laura Click, Mandy Grant, and Melissa Sparks who prevented our tents from blowing away in Berea during a quick summer storm!

Patient Appreciation Lemonade Stands

Our patients are why we come in each day, so we had a sweet surprise for them. At every location, White House Clinics set up a lemonade stand for patients to enjoy and gave away some goodies. One little girl told us the color changing straws were “The COOLEST thing I’ve EVER seen!” It was great to see familiar faces returning to the office – and extra smiles thanks to the treats!

Photo Op Fun

Warning: cuteness overload ahead. This week, our pediatrics offices set up a photo area to celebrate what makes a healthy family. Helping kids and adults along the path to improved health is one of the most rewarding parts of our job. We love seeing families and individuals across our communities thrive.

Lancaster Groundbreaking

On Thursday, August 12, White House Clinics officially broke ground for a new facility! We are thrilled to expand our exceptional comprehensive care in Lancaster, Kentucky. Special thanks to our partners who made this day possible: Johnson Early Architects, BR Construction and Cumberland Valley National Bank.
