Dr. Jason Lunsford, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in healthcare, including 11 years in independent practice. Dr. Lunsford provides comprehensive, integrated care with experience across diverse clinical settings including private practice, hospital medicine, and home-based primary care. With advanced training in both primary care and mental health, Dr. Lunsford specializes in delivering whole-person care that bridges the gap between physical and behavioral health. Savannah Carroll earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Sullivan University in Louisville in 2023. A proud native of Jackson County, Savannah was thrilled to return home after graduation to serve the community she has always called her home. She and her high school sweetheart are grateful to both live and work in the community that shaped them. Savannah is deeply passionate about caring for her patients. Outside of the pharmacy, she enjoys crafting, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
